A research and youth advocacy programme exploring how teenagers in Singapore live with their phones, social media, games, and AI — and how they find rest, comfort, and downtime in their busy everyday lives. 














Program Period

November 2026 – November 2027


In-person activities are scheduled around school breaks for minimal academic disruption, while offline activities are ad-hoc and low burden, requiring participation 1-3 times a week.
